Coremaking
- Sand - Complex cores using resin bonded and zircon corovit sands are produced by a highly skilled team.
- Ceramic - Where a fine surface finish, narrow apertures or tight dimensional tolerances are required, ceramic cores can be offered. These are particularly suitable for hydraulic passageways where optimum performance is required from the casting.
Moulding
- Floor Moulding - Traditional moulding methods and individual skills ensure that customers' specific needs are catered for.
- Flow Line Moulding - Accuracy and repeatability on the automatic moulding line ensures dimensional consistency. An important feature of the system is that it can cope with single castings, batch quantities or production runs.
